1. How do I register with Mytrip2nepal?
It’s easy to register with Mytrip2nepal. Just click the Register link on the top menu and complete the form. Although one does not need to register in order to book or search. You can complete the online booking process, and next time just use the same email address.
2. Why should I register with Mytrip2nepal?
We don’t force you to register. However, if you register with Mytrip2nepal we save you the trouble of repeatedly typing your details when you make a booking. Additionally, it also opens the option to receive great travel deals from us via email before anybody else.

3. How I change my password?

Sign in to your account From the My Bookings section, you can click on the “Change Password” link and reset your password.

4. How do I sign in to my account if I forget my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, click here, follow the on-screen instructions and we’ll send you an email with instructions.

5. How do I edit my account information?

Sign in to your Mytrip2nepal Account. From the My Bookings section, you can click on the “My Profile” link and edit your account information.

6. Can I change my username?

The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the website as a new member.

7. How do I log off of the site when I am finished?

Click on < Sign out> on the main menu and you will be logged off.

8. Can I book on Mytrip2nepal.com if I am a non-resident Indian?

Currently Mytrip2nepal.com caters to Indian residents only.

9. Can I speak to someone in Customer Support?

Mytrip2nepal offers customer support from 09:30 AM till 22:00 PM. You can call us at +977-9851139051. You can also write to our customer support team and someone will get back to you within 4 hours of your inquiry.

10. Can I book return tickets also?

Yes, you can book return tickets wherever they are available. At the moment, from the major cities and will be soon available for more destinations.

11. What are the modes of payment?

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Cash on delivery, through Net Banking and more options coming soon.

12. Are there any delivery charges for home delivery?

Yes, we charge Rs. 20 per delivery within city limits. Please call our toll free line for further details if you live outside city limits.

13. How can I get my tickets online?

After completion of your transaction you can directly print your tickets from "Print Ticket" link provided on the "Booking confirmation" page. Kindly carry along the print out of the ticket, along with the photo identity proof. Your id should have the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net.

14. Can I buy tickets online with my credit/debit card for someone else?

Yes, as long as you provide the valid data of the credit card, you can buy tickets for any other person. There is no requirement for the credit card to be produced while boarding. The passenger should submit the e-ticket along with photo identity proof showing the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net.

15. Do I need to register to book online?

No.

16. Do I have to pay a booking fee?

No, there is no extra charge for booking through Mytrip2Nepal.com

17. Can I Cancel/Transfer my e-Ticket?

A cancellation fee of 15% of the booked value will be applicable if the ticket is cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to the departure of the bus. On cancellation within 24 hrs of departure, charges levied can be up to 100% depending on the service provider. Please check with our Customer help desk for the exact cancellation rules on the ticket you have purchased. You cannot transfer your tickets.

18. Will I be eligible for any refunds if I miss the flight?

Yes.

19. Can I book Hotel also?

Yes.

20. I have lost my ticket printout. How can I retrieve my booking ?

Simply click on the Cancel/Modify link on the top of the home page. Enter your PNR Number, First Name and Date of Journey in the pop up that appears. That’s all, your ticket is ready for printing out.

21. What about Holiday Packages?

22. What does Ticket Type mean?

There are 2 types of tickets (bookings) on Mytrip2Nepal.com
1. Book - The seat is available and your booking is confirmed immediately
2. Request - Your reservation request is recorded and we will contact you shortly to confirm booking.
