After completion of your transaction you can directly print your tickets from "Print Ticket" link provided on the "Booking confirmation" page. Yes, as long as you provide the valid data of the credit card, you can buy tickets for any other person. There is no requirement for the credit card to be produced while boarding. The passenger should submit the e-ticket along with photo identity proof showing the "Date of Birth" information that was provided while making the reservation on the net.

A cancellation fee of 15% of the booked value will be applicable if the ticket is cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to the departure of the bus. On cancellation within 24 hrs of departure, charges levied can be up to 100% depending on the service provider. Please check with our Customer help desk for the exact cancellation rules on the ticket you have purchased. You cannot transfer your tickets.
