Cancellation policy :

t is unlikely that we will have to cancel your booking arrangements. In case of cancellation from our end after the confirmation of the services due to any reason, we will refund you the full amount that you have paid to us.

If you or any member of your group decides to cancel the confirmed booking after the confirmation vouchers are issued, you must notify us in writing. Once we receive any cancellation, we will acknowledge the same. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us and acknowledged by us.

For all cancellation made from your side after the confirmation vouchers issued, you are liable to pay the penalty charges as under :

For Holidays, Hotels & Car Rental
(After confirmation voucher issued)
Above 30 days prior to your arrival: 30% of the invoice amount
Between 29 days to 15 days prior to your arrival: 50% of the invoice amount
Between 14 days to 08 days prior to your arrival: 70% of the invoice amount
Less than 07 days prior to your arrival: 100% of the invoice amount
No show: 100% of the invoice amount

Flight Fare Rules:
International Sector Tickets:
Any change to a confirmed ticket issued on NPR fare – including cancellation, postponement, and change of itinerary – must be done at least one hour before a flight. When a ticket is reissued from a higher to a lower fare, a re-issuance charge of NPR 200 is levied, irrespective of whether there is any change in sector/class of travel. A documentation charge of NPR 200 is levied when a confirmed ticket is processed for refund. (This applies to Normal Class Fares only.) 50% of Basic fare is charged in case of cancellation of confirm tickets (except non-refundable) for refund within one day of departure. For No Show 100% cancellation charge will be applicable. Moreover, the fare rule also depends on the cancellation policy of individual Airlines specific to each sector. Related details are available at our offices hence we recommend you to clarify about the cancellation policy with our Customer Support while booking.

Refund of Tickets :

We will refund the value of tickets purchased by you from our office. Refund shall be processed as per the mode of payment made.
Tickets issued outside Nepal will be refunded in the country where the ticket is purchased. The refund with regard to a ticket issued by a travel agent can only be done through that travel agent.

Ticket Validity

As per date of departure date, not valid after the date of departure of the last coupon of the ticket.

Refund & Cancellation

• NPR 1500 will be charged as cancellation charges for each transaction if reservation is cancelled more than 01hr prior to departure.
• 90% of Basic fare will be charged as cancellation charges for each cancelled sector if reservation is cancelled within 01hr or No Show.
• Voiding Charges – NPR 1600 per ticket.
• Date/Flight change not allowed.
• In the event of flight disruption/cancellation of flights airport handling procedures apply. However such tickets cannot be endorsed to other carriers.

Payment Options

Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

Bank is not responsible for any inconvenience caused or non receipt of the tickets or passengers not allowed on the basis of E-tickets.

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our customer support.
